Lollar Pickups Introduce, the Lollartrons. Using a 1960s-era Gretsch Country Gentleman as a benchmark, we crafted this pickup to capture the classic rockabilly humbucker tone first made famous by Chet Atkins.
The neck pickup is warm and buttery with a crystal clear top end. The bridge pickup is fat and twangy with a rich low end and outstanding clarity. When combined, you get the sparkle, spank, and punch synonymous with rockabilly and early rock n’ roll. Available in nickel or gold covers and as sets or singles. Single conductor braided shield lead wire.
DC: Neck 4.4K, Bridge 5.3K
Please note: The Lollartron uses a standard humbucker-size rout. It is not designed as a direct replacement for vintage or reproduction Filter’Tron® style pickups
